How long does it take to import 1 shipment ?

The total import shipment time depends on many factors and includes the following time periods:

Trucking time from factory to port
Import/export Customs clearance time
Cut off time (depending on each port and shipping line, the cut off time is different)
Transportation time (need to know cargo flow from port of discharge to port of destination)
Import customs clearance time
Transportion time from port to warehouse

What issues should customers pay attention to when declaring the packing list ?

Packing list contains more informations, however, customers consider to fully register those categories:

Vessel name
Cargo weight
Transshipment port

Our business has containers for export and unload at Binh Duong port, but due to problems with customs procedures, we do not export the containers anymore, but we want to drag the containers to our own warehouse. What procedures will we have to perform ?

Customer makes an official letter stating the reason with the seal and Business Owner signature, and submits it to Shipping Line, Customs authority and Port

Customer confirms the consent of the shipping line (carrier).

Customer confirms that they have not yet entered the book or cancel the registration at the Export Registration Department

Customer confirms that they are agreed to take the goods out of the port by Customs authority

At the receptionist: Customer brings a set of documents, pays fees, receives an Import-Export slip to pick up containers

Customer brings the vehicle in and take the container out of the port before the date of expire
