The total import shipment time depends on many factors and includes the following time periods:

• Trucking time from factory to port
• Import/export Customs clearance time
• Cut off time (depending on each port and shipping line, the cut off time is different)
• Transportation time (need to know cargo flow from port of discharge to port of destination)
• Import customs clearance time
• Transportion time from port to warehouse

Packing list contains more informations, however, customers consider to fully register those categories:

• Vessel name
• Cargo weight
• Transshipment port

• Customer makes an official letter stating the reason with the seal and Business Owner signature, and submits it to Shipping Line, Customs authority and Port
• Customer confirms the consent of the shipping line (carrier).
• Customer confirms that they have not yet entered the book or cancel the registration at the Export Registration Department
• Customer confirms that they are agreed to take the goods out of the port by Customs authority
• At the receptionist: Customer brings a set of documents, pays fees, receives an Import-Export slip to pick up containers
• Customer brings the vehicle in and take the container out of the port before the date of expire
